Student Accommodation Grant

For students who are looking to present their research at the conference, they are eligible to apply to have their accommodation covered by the conference.

Recipients will receive a hotel room near NJIT for the conference at no cost for May 24th-May 26th, 2024. This is offered on a first come, first served basis.

Submission Deadline: April 20th, 2024 11:59pm EST.

Decisions will be sent by April 25th, 2024 11:59pm EST.
