Organizing Committee

Dr. Wohn (she/her) is an associate professor at NJIT and director of the Social Interaction Lab (socialinteractionlab.com). Her research is in the area of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) where she studies the characteristics and consequences of social interactions in online environments such as livestreaming, esports, virtual worlds/metaverse, and social media.

Ross (he/him) is Masters student at Georgia Tech in the MS-HCI program. He graduated from NJIT with a BS in Human Computer Interaction. His research focuses on HCI, content creators, and the digital creative economy. He is currently a graduate research assistant at the Internet Intelligence Lab at Georgia Tech and is an incoming summer intern as a CX Design Research Strategist at Signet Jewelers. He is a former UX Research Intern at NBCUniversal and former research assistant in Connected Experiences Lab at CMU.
