Student Accommodation Grant

For students who are looking to present their research at the conference, they are eligible to apply to have their accommodation covered by the conference.

Recipients will be able to stay at NJIT Guest Housing at Honors Hall for 2 nights(May 3, 2024-May 5, 2024) for the conference at no cost. This is offered on a first come, first served basis.

The rooms offered at NJIT Guest Housing have a single queen bed.
You may also request a specific person to share the room, if they are also applying to the grant. Both applicants must write each others’ name on their applications if they wish to room together.
